The Planning and Development Section is established in 1990 by an administrative order of the university. The Planning and Development Section is responsible to collect funds from Government and Non-government organizations and other donors to create appropriate infrastructural facilities and manpower development of the university.   Activities of the Planning and Development Section To prepare all development plans for the University and to get approval from the government through the concern Ministry. All activities related to collect funds of approved projects for implementation. All activities related to collect funds from national and international organizations. All activities related to manpower development. To prepare annual report after monitoring and evaluation of planed projects. Preserve and collect all document and information related to the above activities of 1 to 5. All activities related to Planning and Development Committee.   Planning and Development Section is running under three sub-sections Sub-section 1: Establishment, accounting & adjustment, Planning & Development Committee and related works, Sub-section 2: Prepare PP/PCP/TAPP, budgeting and reporting, and Sub-section 3: Procurement and manpower development.
